Birth is normal and you can do it! Let us help you prepare to navigate your birth experience. In our comprehensive six-week series, emphasis is placed on: developing confidence in your natural capacity to give birth; making informed choices that are right for you; comfort measures for labor and how partners can help; what to expect postpartum; and more. This class is full of research based information, hands on learning, and a lot of fun!
